These terms govern your use of arcologygames.com, operated by ArcologyGames Media Inc., a company registered in Canada with Business Number 764305218, at 10123 Jasper Avenue NW, Suite 720, Edmonton, AB T5J 3N9.

1. Agreement

By reading this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Nothing here requires an account, a subscription or a payment — all of our editorial content is free to read.

2. Using this site

You may read, quote and link to our work freely. You agree not to:

  • republish substantial portions of our articles without written permission, whether by copying or by automated scraping;

Reviews, scores and pillar ratings on this site are editorial opinion, formed after the stated number of hours of play and published in good faith. They are not statements of fact about a product, and reasonable people disagree with them regularly — that is the point of publishing the reasoning alongside the number.

We accept no payment for coverage of any kind. Where a publisher has supplied a review build, that is disclosed in the review. Prices, platforms and release details are correct to the best of our knowledge on the date of publication and may change afterwards; always check with the retailer or publisher before buying.

They are used here for the purpose of news reporting, review and criticism, which is permitted as fair dealing under the Copyright Act. We claim no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any developer or publisher we cover.

5. What you send us

If you send us a tip, a correction, a pitch or any other message, you confirm you are entitled to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us permission to use the information for editorial purposes, including publishing a correction. We will not publish your name or contact details without asking you first, and we protect sources as a matter of routine.

Where we link to another website, we do so because it is relevant to the article. We have no control over external sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your personal information. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
